The A07 is the first product in the new Changan Qiyuan series of Changan Automobile's new electric brand, and features a newly designed logo, which is completely different from the "V" logo of the Changan models on sale.
In terms of exterior design, Changan Qiyuan A07 has a more rounded overall appearance outline, the front of the car adopts a through-type LED light strip with split LED headlights, the body has a slip-back line, and the tail also uses a through-type LED light group to echo the front of the car. At the same time, the new car will also be equipped with hidden door handles, frameless electric suction doors, liftback tailgate and other details.

In terms of size, Changan Qiyuan A07 has a length, width and height of 4905/1910/1480 mm and a wheelbase of 2900 mm, positioning it as a medium and large all-electric sedan. In terms of size, the car is close to the BYD Han DM-i (4975 mm long, wheelbase 2920 mm) and Xpeng P7 (4888 mm long, wheelbase 2998 mm) on the market. The wheelbase size of 2.9 meters, with a fastback roof and a full body contour, makes the overall appearance of Changan Qiyuan A07 quite attractive.

In terms of interior, referring to the official pictures, the overall layout of Changan Qiyuan A07 is in line with the current design trend of new energy vehicles, adopting a non-dashboard scheme, and is expected to be provided with information interaction by AR-HUD head-up display and large-size central control screen. The car is equipped with ambient light strips that run through the entire center console and the door positions on both sides to enhance the visual and atmospheric experience of the vehicle at night. The vehicle uses a two-spoke flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel with a pocket gear shift mechanism.
The interior of Changan Qiyuan A07 is designed with "emotional island suspended interior space" as the main design style, the upper area of the central armrest is equipped with two cup holders and mobile phone storage slots, and there is also an open space below; the functional area of the door lining position also adopts the concept of floating island, equipped with knob window control keys and electronically controlled inner door opening buttons; the seats are quilted, laser engraving, positioning and perforation and other processes to improve the visual effect, breathability and sense of quality. Like many new energy models, the A07 will also be equipped with a large-size panoramic canopy that cannot be opened.
In terms of power, according to the comprehensive declaration information, the Changan Qiyuan A07 pure electric version is equipped with a ternary lithium battery supplied by CATL, which is driven by a single motor with a maximum power of 190 kilowatts, and provides two versions of battery packs with a capacity of 58.1 kilowatt-hours and 79.97 kilowatt-hours, corresponding to a pure electric range of 515 kilometers and 710 kilometers respectively.
Changan Qiyuan A07 extended range version uses a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine as a range extender, the engine model is the same as the dark blue SL03, with a maximum power of 70 kilowatts, a battery pack with a matching capacity of 28.39 kilowatt-hours, a pure electric range of 170 kilometers, and a fuel consumption of 5.0 liters per 100 kilometers in the lowest state of charge.
