On the morning of April 8, the reporter looked up on the ground of the community and saw that the glass shed built on the fourth floor was particularly obvious, which was incompatible with the style of the exterior wall. When I entered the hallway on the fourth floor, I saw that the glass window of the balcony was locked from the outside and could not be opened. Looking down from the balcony and windows on the fifth floor, it is about twenty or thirty centimeters away from the glass shed, and it is estimated that the glass shed built is thirty or forty square meters.
The property staff told reporters that the fourth floor is a conversion floor, so there is an extra vacant space on the balcony of the residents on the fourth floor, and they also persuaded the residents on the fourth floor not to build glass sheds, and the urban management department has also issued a rectification notice, but with little effect. They learned that the vacant land on the fourth floor was not apportioned, not the apportioned area as stated by the owners.

The Henan Bank Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office replied in writing on the afternoon of the 8th: After investigation, the 3 owners of the platform on the fourth floor of the second phase of Hongyi Flower City on the south bank of Henan did have illegal construction and decoration, and the law enforcement officers had gone to the site on March 26, 2024 to demolish some of the illegal constructions under construction, and instructed the relevant owners to complete the subsequent demolition by themselves. In addition, in view of the illegal construction and suspension of the three households here, the case will be filed in accordance with the law, and the general law enforcement procedures (applicable to the Administrative Punishment Law and the Administrative Compulsory Law) will be investigated and dealt with, and the compulsory demolition will be organized in accordance with the law after the corresponding law enforcement procedures are perfected.
