Recently, Ideal will launch a lower-grade model - Ideal L6, the new car is positioned as a five-seater medium and large SUV, and will become the first model with a length of less than 5 meters in the Ideal product series. Its price will focus on 25-300,000 yuan, and the new car will be officially launched on April 18.
Judging from the specific information released by the official, the new car still adopts a home-style design, and the core is the through-type LED daytime running lights buried in the front of the car. In order to dissipate heat from the range extender, there is a through-type air intake under the front of the car, which is connected to the headlight cluster on both sides to form a U-shaped shape, and the entire front of the car is highly recognizable. In addition, judging from the official photos, the new car will also be equipped with lidar, indicating that there is no left behind at the level of intelligent assisted driving.
The length, width and height of this car are 4925mm, 1960mm, 1735mm, and the wheelbase is 2920mm, which is not advantageous in size compared to the medium and large SUVs on the market at present.
The layout of the side of the car is the same as that of other ideal L-series models, except that the window area behind the C-pillar is much smaller, and the corresponding interior space will be reduced.
At the rear, the rear is still the Ideal Family-style continuous taillights, and unlike the L7, the license plate area of the L6 is located under the rear.
Pictures of the interior of the new car have not been released. However, according to the ideal consistent operation, it should not be much different from other models in the L series.
Looking at the power of the new car, it is still a 1.5T four-cylinder range extender with a maximum power of 113kW, and uses front and rear dual motors as the power source. The battery suppliers are CATL and Sunwoda, and it is expected that the entire power module will be the same as the Air and Pro versions of the L8. However, it should be noted that all versions of the L6 are equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries, and in terms of cost, the ideal is another "chicken thief".
