In order to cultivate children's interest in learning traditional culture and better inherit and promote intangible cultural heritage, on April 11, the Xincheng District Cultural Center invited Mr. Qi Tiancang, the inheritor of "Micro Simulation Technology", to the kindergarten affiliated to the No. 30 Middle School of Hohhot City to carry out the activity of "listening to the party, feeling the party's kindness, and following the party" to promote the culture of northern Xinjiang and the intangible cultural heritage into the kindergarten.
As the inheritor of the municipal intangible cultural heritage, Mr. Qi Tiancang walked into the kindergarten with his simulation miniature craft production skills and works. His creations are exquisite, and every detail shows a high level of craftsmanship. Yurts, lele carts, wind turbines, saddles, cradles, all kinds of farming tools...... The children were fascinated by these lifelike miniature craft creations.
Teacher Qi enthusiastically told the children about the production process and the story behind each work. The children listened attentively, actively asked questions, and showed great interest. In the classroom, the children also operated these models by themselves, and through hands-on experience, children can "learn by playing, learning while playing", so that they can feel the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
In the future work, the Xincheng District Cultural Center will continue to deeply excavate and inherit the essence of northern Xinjiang culture, so that more social groups can understand, love and inherit intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, more intangible cultural heritage inheritors will be organized to enter the campus and pass on their skills and wisdom to the next generation.
