The action focuses on the production and sales of dry powder fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire doors, lighting signs and lamps and fireproof glass and other fire protection products, mainly to check whether the qualifications of production and business operation units are legal, whether there are production and sales of products without product certificates, factory names and addresses, and production dates, whether there are "non-standard" products, whether there are illegal acts such as cutting corners, adulteration, not CCC certification or forgery, fraudulent use of CCC certification and sales of counterfeit and shoddy products.
On April 7, the Xiangyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, together with the Laohekou Municipal Bureau, adopted the "four noes and two straights" method to conduct a surprise inspection of Hubei Bokun Fire Equipment Co., Ltd.
The inspectors inspected the company's production workshop, measured the wall thickness of the steel plate used in the production of fire doors, and checked the source and quality certificate of the fire door core panels; in the inspection room, they checked the verification and calibration marks of the equipment, and read the factory inspection records of the enterprise; in the finished product stacking area, they checked the identification of the fire doors, and checked the fire product certification certificates. The inspection team requires that fire protection product enterprises should enhance safety awareness, keep the bottom line of fire safety with excellent product quality, consolidate the main responsibility, implement various work requirements with sound quality management, strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers, and improve emergency response capabilities with effective means and measures.
