According to the notice issued by the State Council on the implementation plan for the exemption of tolls for small passenger cars on major holidays of the Ministry of Transport and other departments (Guo Fa [2012] No. 37), the time frame for free passage of toll roads is four national statutory holidays such as the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day and National Day.
Car owners who plan to travel by car should note that the highway is free during the Labor Day holiday.
