1. Enrollment targets and registration conditions
It mainly recruits high school graduates who are diligent and studious and have good grades in rural science (physics and chemistry must be included in the subjects selected by candidates in provinces with comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination) in remote, formerly poor, ethnic and other areas (including county-level cities), and the specific implementation area is determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities). Applicants must meet the following three conditions at the same time: (1) meet the registration conditions for the 2024 unified college entrance examination, (2) the household registration of themselves and their father or mother or legal guardian is in the rural area of the implementation area, and they have a local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years, (3) they have a high school registration in the county where their household registration is located for 3 consecutive years and are actually studying.
2. Enrollment majors and plans
The number of enrollment plans of Tongji University's 2024 "Dream Building Plan" shall not be lower than the enrollment scale of the special plan for colleges and universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education. The university will prepare a special provincial and professional plan for colleges and universities according to the situation of candidates who have passed the registration review in each province (autonomous region, municipality), the source of students over the years, and other factors. The specific enrollment plan and sub-major plan are subject to the announcement of each provincial recruitment office in mid-June. 3. Registration and selection procedures

2. Determine the list of approved registrations
For candidates who complete the online registration application within the specified time limit and submit the application materials that meet the requirements in content and form, after passing the basic conditions of the candidates in charge of each province (autonomous region, municipality), our school will organize the material review to determine the list of candidates who have passed the registration review. The list of colleges and universities that have passed the special registration review will be publicized on the undergraduate enrollment network and information disclosure network of our university from June 1, and will be reported to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education for publicity in accordance with regulations.
4. Fill in the application and admission methods
1. Volunteer to fill in
Candidates who have been identified by the university as having passed the registration review and officially taken effect by the public announcement must fill in Tongji University in accordance with the requirements of the special plan for colleges and universities stipulated by the provincial admissions and examination agency of the province where the candidate is located.
2. Admission
The college entrance examination shall be submitted in accordance with the provincial recruitment regulations of the candidate's place of origin. The school admits candidates according to the provincial plan according to the candidates' college entrance examination results (including policy bonus points) from high to low, combined with the candidates' professional preferences. The requirements for candidates' 2024 college entrance examination results are as follows: (1) Candidates in Zhejiang Province must have a college entrance examination score of 40 points (inclusive) on the special type enrollment control score line; candidates in Hainan Province must have a college entrance examination score of 140 points (inclusive) on the special type enrollment control score line; Hebei Province, Shandong Province, Liaoning Province, Jiangsu Province, Fujian Province, Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Guangdong Province, Chongqing Municipality, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang Province, Anhui Province, Jiangxi Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guizhou Province, Candidates in Gansu Province must have a college entrance examination score of 90 points (inclusive) on the special type enrollment control score, and candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region must have a college entrance examination score of 90 points (inclusive) on the local undergraduate science admission control score line. (2) Candidates from other provinces must have the college entrance examination score within 30 points (inclusive) of the final simulated application line of the first batch of undergraduates (excluding special types such as Chinese-foreign cooperative schools) in the province where the students are from, and be higher than the admission control score line of the first batch of science majors of ordinary undergraduates in the province where the students are located (for the provinces that merge the ordinary undergraduate batches, the admission control score line of the first batch of undergraduates shall be implemented according to the relevant minimum admission control score line determined by the province). If there is not enough students, the program will not solicit volunteers or reduce the score for admission. 5. Funding policy
Tongji University has established a multi-dimensional funding and education system of "guaranteed funding, developmental funding, and growth funding", and has built a solid living guarantee through "award, grant, loan, supplement, attendance, and reimbursement" and other security-based funding, realized quality training through development-oriented funding such as Qingji Project and inspirational star selection, and strengthened ability improvement through growth-oriented funding such as academic development guidance and overseas exchange and exchange, so that students can "have guaranteed enrollment, quality of life, and space for development". VII. Supplementary Provisions
