There are 56 industrial workers in this base, including 26 husband-and-wife couples, and they are mainly landless farmers from Dunzi and Xingwang villages and nearby villages.

"1" means that the company established by the village collective is the main body of construction and operation, raising and integrating funds for construction management and operation. "N" is to organize a number of flower professional cooperatives to plant in the project, realize package management, and get rich together. "X" is to allow the flower farmers in the jurisdiction to participate extensively, both as masters and as industrial workers. "Z" is to hire Zhang Liang, a national model worker, to be responsible for technical guidance and services, relying on the advanced planting, management technology and stable sales channels of Zhang Liang Flower Cooperative, to carry out unified technology, unified brand and unified sales management of the project.
