In March 204, MediaTek's revenue was NT$50.48 billion (currently about RMB 11.3 billion), an increase of 31.17% month-on-month and 17.51% year-on-year, and the cumulative revenue from January to March was NT$133.458 billion (currently about RMB 30 billion), an increase of 3.01% month-on-month and 39.53% year-on-year.
From the perspective of a single month, MediaTek's revenue in March this year is a new high in 18 months, and it has achieved positive year-on-year growth for 6 consecutive months;
From a quarterly point of view, MediaTek's revenue of NT$133.458 billion in the first quarter of this year has achieved positive year-on-year growth for two consecutive quarters, which is better than the revenue forecast for the first quarter of this year (NT$121.8-129.6 billion) given in the fourth quarter of last year.
MediaTek's current mobile phone chip revenue accounts for about 5 to 6 percent, and the change in mobile phone chip revenue is basically consistent with the change in overall revenue and net profit, according to the performance of the fourth quarter of 2024, in the first quarter of this year, MediaTek's mobile phone chip revenue and overall net profit may once again achieve positive year-on-year growth.
