On April 9, with the end of the overhaul of the 35kV Huaqiao I. circuit line, the spring inspection of the 35-110kV power line in Changqing Longdong Oil Area was fully successful. A total of 18 lines of 287.6 kilometers have been repaired, 557 defects have been treated, and 295 equipment have been replaced, laying a solid foundation for the safe operation of the power grid in Longdong oil area.
Accurately formulate maintenance plans. The Changqing Oilfield Line Construction and Installation Brigade, which undertakes the maintenance task, scientifically compiles the "one line one plan" maintenance plan in combination with the daily inspection and defect investigation, and tailors maintenance and elimination measures for different defects of different lines to enhance the targetedness of maintenance and defect elimination. Implement "one card, two lists, and one file", comprehensively strengthen emergency management, clarify each maintenance task, clarify risk disposal measures, detail quality and technical standards, improve the targeting of maintenance work, and enhance the risk controllability of the maintenance process. Implement the maintenance line contracting responsibility system, each maintenance team to grasp the operation status of the line in advance, analyze the hidden dangers of defects, formulate measures to eliminate defects, implement who is responsible for maintenance, who is responsible for dereliction of duty, and who is responsible for dereliction of duty, so as to avoid quality problems caused by inadequate investigation, incomplete analysis and incomplete elimination, so as to ensure high-quality and efficient maintenance.
Strict implementation of safety measures. The brigade implements the "round" management model, and the cadres of the brigade and the squad insist on following the operation, tracking and inspecting the maintenance organization, risk identification, hidden danger investigation and maintenance safety and quality on the spot, refining and analyzing the scope of operation, risk sources and safety measures, and strictly implementing on-site safety responsibilities. Before each overhaul, the task division of labor and safety disclosure meeting will be held to carry out the division of labor and risk identification of the maintenance rod section, improve the reduction measures and quality requirements, and hold a work summary and analysis meeting after the overhaul to review, analyze and comment on the problems existing in the maintenance on the same day, and at the same time take a collective discussion method to refine the major operations such as the line porcelain bottle, continuous gear wire, lightning protection down line and grounding electrode replacement, and do a good job in risk identification and reduction measures, and improve the risk management level of major operations.
The competition helps to improve the efficiency of spring inspection.
