During the visit in May 2023, during the flood season, Tang Wenbo learned that water damage occurred in many places on the Tonggu Highway in the village, affecting the safety of the people. He immediately reported to the Shuicheng Highway Administration, sought financial support, gave full play to the advantages of the unit's industry, built 3 retaining walls, repaired 1 sunken pavement, and restored 1 damaged roadbed. After 54 days of hard work, the restoration and treatment of five water-damaged sites was successfully completed, which greatly improved the travel conditions of the masses.
After discovering that the drinking water pipes built by the villagers of the Yutang Village Democracy Group were seriously aging and often damaged and leaking, they actively connected with the Shuicheng Highway Administration, and sought more than 7,500 yuan for the purchase of water pipes and other materials, organized the villagers to work to complete the pipe replacement, properly solved the drinking water problem, and let more than 40 households and more than 200 people in the democracy group drink clean water and rest assured water.
