Recently, the site selection (planning conditions) of the Chengdong New Town Unit SC080201-46, SC080201-48 and other plots in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou and the local adjustment of detailed regulations were announced.
The adjustment block is located in the southwest corner of the unit, within the area of Angel Market, east to Xintang Road, south to Zhagao Road and Branch Road 10, west to Tiantaishan Road, and north to the green space on the south side of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, with a total land area of 13.92 hectares.
Among them, there are 2 residential plots, with a total land area of 3.2 hectares.
