On April 9, on the north side of the east gate of the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land), the reporter saw that the marking of the ground parking space of a parking lot had been basically completed. The parking lot covers an area of about 32,000 square meters and has a total of 780 parking spaces. Shen Baoliang, deputy captain of the traffic police brigade of the Anqiu Public Security Bureau, told reporters that a large parking lot that can accommodate more than 3,000 vehicles has also been set up on the northwest side of the intersection of Donghu Road and Beihuan Road. Visitors arriving in Anqiu will be given priority access to these two parking lots, and if they are full, they will park their vehicles in the temporary parking area.

In Chuangzhi Avenue, Anqiu City, the reporter saw that a temporary parking diagram had been installed on the roadside lamppost, and the vehicle parking specifications of the road section were noted on the map. After preliminary field investigation and comprehensive planning, the traffic police brigade of Anqiu Public Security Bureau set up four temporary parking areas A, B, C, and D on the east and south sections of the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land). At that time, a temporary parking diagram will be installed every 100 meters on both sides of the road in the four temporary parking areas, and visitors can park in an orderly manner according to the parking specifications indicated.

According to Shen Baoliang, the A and B temporary parking areas are relatively close to the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land), and if the parking is full, tourists should park in an orderly manner in the C and D temporary parking areas according to the traffic police command and road signs. Visitors parked in the C and D temporary parking areas do not need to worry about distance, and there will be shuttle buses circulating on each section of the road to send visitors to the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land) for free. In addition, the traffic police brigade of the Anqiu Public Security Bureau has also set up two taxi delivery areas at the southeast gate and south gate of the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land) for taxis to stop and go.

During the kite festival, the traffic police brigade of the Anqiu Public Security Bureau will adopt a combination of fixed command and mobile patrol to ease road traffic, and alleviate the traffic pressure on the surrounding sections of the World Kite Park (Anqiu Qilu Wine Land) by carrying out temporary traffic control on some road sections and setting up vehicle diversion points.
