Walking into the factory, everyone is greeted by a touch of yellow and green, and the green plants on both sides of the long aisle are sandwiched between the yellow isolation fences, which contrast with the standard red of AMADA. Is this still the familiar sheet metal processing workshop in our impression? The neat and uniform processing equipment is compactly arranged in the production workshop, but you can't see the crowded, forget the past, only neat and tidy. Therefore, it is necessary to make such a plan for the workshop, thanks to the lean production that Guixiang Precision has been implementing.
Stream production is a very important concept in lean manufacturing. Before Guixiang Precision implements a stream production, a product needs to go through 6-7 processes from blanking to assembly into a finished product, and a complete set of processes may take several days, but since the production workshop begins to implement the flow production mode, the entire production process of a product may only take one day or less. To achieve a flow, it is necessary to make a reasonable layout of the operation site, personnel, and equipment, and all three are indispensable, so we see the impressive layout of the factory floor at the beginning of the article.
At present, Guixiang Precision has 5 AMADA turret CNC punching machines and 8 CNC bending machines, argon arc welding machines, gas shielded welding, spot welding machines and other advanced sheet metal processing equipment and auxiliary equipment. The oldest AMADA CNC punch press is about 15 years old and was introduced at the beginning of the factory, and we can still see this equipment shining on the workshop.
