In order to fully promote the "ten-year fishing ban" work in the Yangtze River basin along the beach, in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the central, provincial and municipal governments, from March 1, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Yantan District, together with the District Public Security Bureau, the District Water Affairs Bureau, the District Transportation Bureau, the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and the township streets, integrated the law enforcement forces of public security, agriculture, transportation, market supervision and other law enforcement forces, and carried out the "100-day joint law enforcement action for fishery protection" in the natural waters of the Tuojiang River, Puxi River and its tributaries in the Yantan District.
At present, the "100-day joint law enforcement action to protect fisheries" has carried out one anti-electric fish publicity, produced 40 slogans and signs of the ban on fishing, sent more than 6,000 text messages, and distributed more than 5,000 copies of publicity materials; a total of 10 law enforcement vehicles, 4 law enforcement boats, 6 unmanned aerial vehicles, and 80 law enforcement personnel, and more than 40 volunteers from the fishery administration of various townships and towns participated in the daily patrol of the ban on fishing and fishing. The operation was carried out in two ways: water patrol and shore inspection, focusing on the high-incidence waters of illegal fishing and the concentrated fishing areas on the land surface to check whether there is illegal fishing and illegal fishing. In the process of law enforcement inspections, law enforcement officers persuaded more than 110 illegal recreational fishermen, cleared more than 40 ground cage nets, temporarily seized more than 50 fishing rods, banned "three no ships" and 2 rafts, and released more than 30 catties of various fish, shrimp and shellfish.
From March to June, the temperature warms up, which is the season for fish and shrimp breeding, and it is also the period when illegal fishing and illegal fishing are high. In the next step, the beach area will continue to strengthen law enforcement, carry out multi-party joint law enforcement inspections, strengthen the daily management of the fishing ban period, carry out special rectification, maintain a high-pressure situation, highlight the key points of law enforcement, and combine the different characteristics of the three stages of fishing ban supervision before, during and after the fishing ban, and crack down on illegal fishing, electric fishing, poisonous fish and illegal fishing and other illegal activities, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the fishing ban in the whole region, and make positive contributions to better protecting aquatic biological resources, maintaining ecological balance and aquatic biodiversity, and protecting the ecological environment of natural waters in the area.
