On April 9, local time, all 218 officers and soldiers of the 27th batch of Chinese peacekeeping troops to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) were awarded the United Nations Peace Medal. Since the deployment of the mission area in September 2023, 13 engineering surveys and 16 engineering tasks have been completed, and more than 500 people have been treated, making outstanding contributions to maintaining regional peace.
