In the preparatory process, Shinan Company carried out analysis and research through the mainstream binary classification algorithm, and combined with the on-site construction and renovation plan, completed the hardware and system debugging of the first batch of 173 users in Tianlin Street.

The reporter learned that the whole trial operation process will last 3 months. During the period, the customer engineer of the Nandan Power Supply Service Center of Shinan Company, who is responsible for the area, will provide accurate user portraits and supporting power services for the elderly in each household according to a large number of electricity load waveforms and historical data, so as to realize the accurate docking of the needs of the lonely and widowed elderly in the region.

"We take the initiative to carry out line inspections for users with high energy consumption and large energy demand, and carry out indoor renovation in conjunction with streets to further expand the dimension of service ends. The staff of the State Grid Shanghai South Power Supply Company said that if abnormal electricity consumption is detected, the customer engineer will also carry out emergency linkage with the community street grid attendant to confirm the residence and health status of the elderly in a timely manner, and comprehensively create a high-quality service of power big data close to reality, close to life, and close to the masses.

During the trial operation, Shinan Company will further strengthen communication with Tianlin Street, actively carry out follow-up landing work and research and promotion of system iteration plans, and will continue to introduce analysis dimensions such as electricity, time period, temperature, humidity, season, time, region, and community information, and complete the iteration of the old service project system 2.0 to 3.0. At the same time, we began to further improve the timeliness of system response, shorten the data collection and analysis cycle and the time of automatic alarm response in emergencies, and extend the application scenarios of the system by relying on WeChat, applets, apps and other application systems to continuously improve the user experience.
