On April 7, it was learned from PetroChina's Liaohe Oilfield Jinhai Oil Production Plant that the plant's daily oil output exceeded 100 tons and continued to maintain an upward momentum.
At the beginning of this year, the production situation was extremely passive due to unfavorable factors such as the acceleration of the natural decline of oil reservoirs, the impact of drilling on the production of old wells on the same platform and the offshore winter break. Since the first quarter, the plant has strengthened its confidence, consciously pressurized, taken the initiative, relied on project-based management, and grasped the three key points of capacity construction, measures to tap potential and old well treatment, achieved a daily increase of more than 100 tons, and empowered the construction of a high-quality million-ton large-scale oil production plant.
New well construction and production. The plant deeply practices the idea of geology-engineering integration, promotes the construction and production of new wells in a project-based manner, pays close attention to the scheme demonstration and engineering design, strengthens the organization of new well drilling and investment, ensures the efficient connection of pre-drilling preparation, drilling construction and production operations, and realizes the integrated promotion of "drilling, construction and investment", and the drilling cycle is reduced by 3 days compared with the same period last year.
They insisted on the integrated planning of production and operation, inverted operation, wall chart operation, synchronous promotion of the ground and underground, and the whole cycle of single well construction and production was reduced by 35 days year-on-year. With the goal of increasing production contribution, the production of old wells was reduced by 23 wells and production loss was minimized by increasing temporary land acquisition, optimizing the location of wellheads and equipment placement, and rotating screw pumps from adjacent wells. And speed up the organization of offshore resumption of production, compared with last year, 10 days ahead of the opening of wells and oil production.
Measures to increase production. Focusing on the problems of poor throughput effect and lying wells, they broke the restrictions of business departments, set up water injection, steam injection, and lifting project teams, subdivided fields, focused on tackling key problems, strengthened the demonstration and analysis of measures, and effectively improved the contribution rate of measures to increase oil. Up to now, 92 wells have been implemented, 27 more than the same period last year. Among them, the daily oil increase of a single well in the Tanhai oil area exceeds 20 tons through the layering measures of old wells.
The old well is stable production. They also delicately characterize the production of old wells, strengthen reservoir research, and continue to optimize the development of old areas. Highlighting the "four equal emphasis", the workload of 76 water injection wells was completed in stages, and the production of water injection blocks was stabilized, and the natural decline rate decreased by 0.4% year-on-year. In the huff and puff block, the well selection and layer selection were optimized, and the "mode, medium and parameters" of steam injection were optimized, and 67 wells of precise steam injection were implemented to ensure the stable production of the steam huff and puff block.
At the same time, we will further refine the production management such as thin oil blending reduction and wax prevention, optimize the maintenance work such as liquid production intensity, lifting mode, and oil blending ratio, increase sand control and anti-collapse well management, and formulate liquid production intensity and sand control measures with "one well and one policy", and accurately admit parameters, and accumulate 1,000 tons of oil in the first quarter.
