How do I check the progress of my refund?
Log in to the [Individual Income Tax APP] - enter the "Home Page", click [2023 Comprehensive Income Annual Settlement] to enter the special page - click [View Records] under the [Handle Final Settlement] column
Enter the details page of the declaration record, click [Tax Refund Record], and you can see the progress of the tax refund~
There are three tax audit statuses, namely "Tax Review Passed", "Tax Audit Progressing", and "Tax Audit Failed".
"Tax approved" means that your tax refund process has been approved, please pay attention to the tax receipt information of your bank card in time.
"Tax review" means that the tax authorities are reviewing your tax refund application in accordance with the law, please wait patiently for the review result.
There are many reasons for "failing the tax audit", and in general, the specific reasons for the failure will be stated. At this point, you need to check the declaration data to confirm whether there is an error in the declaration or to supplement supporting information (whether the contact information provided is correct).
If you have completed the annual tax settlement but have not applied for a tax refund, or have applied for a tax refund but the tax refund process is still being accepted and reviewed by the tax authorities, and you find that the declaration data is wrong and needs to be corrected, you can go to [Handle & Check] and click [Comprehensive Income Annual Tax Settlement] - [View Historical Declaration Records]
Select the corresponding declaration record, and click [Correct] to modify it

How do I change my bank account?
After the tax authority approves the tax, it will be submitted to the treasury department, and after the treasury department approves the approval, the tax will be refunded to your bound bank card.
In order to ensure the success of the tax refund, the bank card must be a bank account opened by the taxpayer himself in China, and it is recommended to bind it to a type I bank account. Please keep your card in good condition until you receive your refund.
If you encounter an abnormal bank card account and need to change your bank card, you need to unbind the abnormal bank account in the IIT APP - [My] - [Bank Card].
Then add your eligible bank account.
