Yilong Rong Media (Correspondent Mei Pengcheng) On April 9, Banqiao Township held the 2024 Agricultural and Rural Work Conference and the on-site promotion meeting for learning and using the experience of the "Ten Million Project" to build livable, workable and beautiful villages.
At the meeting, 4 advanced collectives and 12 advanced individuals were commended in 2023, and 2 village party secretaries made in-depth exchanges on the development and expansion of the collective economy, food security and cultivated land protection.
The meeting required that we should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the No. 1 Document of the Central Committee, focus on the important content of "one general starting point", "three bottom lines", "three major improvements" and "two strengthenings", learn from the experience of "ten million projects", strictly fulfill the responsibility of the fifth-level secretary to grasp rural revitalization, start from the actual situation of each village and the needs of farmers, take the initiative to think, take pragmatic measures, gather strength, gather strong synergy to promote the "three rural" work, and strive to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
Before the meeting, they also observed the demonstration site of Chenlongping Village and the demonstration site of Liyunsi Village in Banqiao Township to understand their different innovative models in agricultural industrialization and collective economic development.
