A few days ago, the patrol cadres of Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province came to the third group of Xiaojiazhai Village, Weizi Town, for a return visit.
Previously, some people reported to the inspection team that had just been stationed in Xiaojiazhai Village that the remediation of the Pingtang in Geliyan Mountain was started in March last year, but the work was stopped halfway through the silt cleaning, leaving the "half-pull project" unable to store water, resulting in difficulties in irrigating the farmland of 72 surrounding farmers. The inspection team immediately carried out the verification of the situation. It is understood that Geliyan Shanpingtang belongs to the village's high-standard farmland construction in the Shanpingtang remediation project, and the construction party was hindered in the remediation process due to the disagreement between the remediation method and the surrounding people, so the construction team was transferred to other projects without permission, resulting in the direct "shutdown" of the project.
After the situation was verified, the inspection team immediately urged the Weizi Town Party Committee to coordinate the construction party to resume the rectification work as soon as possible, and at the same time, required the village party branch to do a good job in the surrounding masses and organize the masses to participate in quality supervision in an orderly manner. Under the follow-up supervision of the inspection team, the remediation of the Pingtang in Geliyan Mountain was completed at the end of last year and the water was stored.
Finding problems is not the goal, the inspection agency of the Zhaohua District Party Committee has always taken the promotion of solving problems as the foothold of the inspection work, and established and improved the working mechanism of "patrolling and reforming". In view of the problems found in the process of inspection, special research and analysis of the crux of the problem, the first time to contact the relevant departments, the current rectification can be carried out, the establishment of the ledger, step-by-step rectification of the inability to establish a ledger, effectively promote the "patrol" and "reform" close connection, benign interaction, with the actual effect of rectification so that the people "visible" and "felt". Since last year, the inspection agency of the Zhaohua District Party Committee has promoted the solution of 46 urgent and difficult problems of the masses such as rural production and domestic water supply and road traffic safety through "inspection, handover, and rectification".
