Recently, Jinghe New Town signed an agreement with Shaanxi Jingzhi Dafeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to settle in the R&D and manufacturing project of Jingzhi Dafeng environmental protection biodegradable materials, which will make up for the gap in the field of R&D and production of degradable materials in Xincheng.

Biodegradable new materials, raw materials mainly from plants, animals and other natural biological resources, its production process is lower than traditional plastic production carbon emissions, but also more environmentally friendly. The R&D and manufacturing project of environmental protection biodegradable materials, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, is planned to be located in the No. 6 plant of Yufeng Industrial Park, Jinghe New Town, to carry out the R&D and production of biodegradable materials.

Shaanxi Jingzhi Dafeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a new material enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. It is planned to develop and construct industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation, new energy storage power stations and other projects based on the existing enterprise resources, environment, construction and other conditions and application scenarios in Jinghe New Town.

At present, the photovoltaic power station projects such as Jinghe No. 3 Sewage Plant and Jinghe No. 2 Sewage Plant have been completed.

The project plans to invest 500 million yuan, mainly to build a research and development center for photovoltaic growth crystal, key auxiliary materials for batteries, an annual output of 20,000 sets of photovoltaic cell PECVD graphite boats, and an annual output of 1,250 tons of carbon fiber composite new material production line.

At present, the project is located in Building 8 of Qin Chuangyuan 1980 Jingzao Center during the transition period, which is used for the R&D and production of photovoltaic crystals and key auxiliary materials for batteries, and the plant is being renovated.
