Xu Xiaoxian carries out mass work with wisdom and good governance, and sums up the characteristics of community party building of "strengthening party building, resolving contradictions, doing practical things, and benefiting people's livelihood", and summarizes the "three into four musts" community contradiction and dispute source management work method, she is the person in charge of the first personal mediation brand "Xiaoxian Mediation Room" in Hedong District, and is a "good sister" in the mouth of community women.
The interests of the masses are no trivial matter. As the prime minister of the alley, the small things of the residents are the top priority in Xu Xiaoxian's heart, and she has always adhered to the party building to lead the reform and innovation of the work of women and children in the community, and constantly stimulates the endogenous power of community governance. Through regularly organizing and convening the "Four Walks", "Big Party Committee" meetings, women's federation meetings, and organizing joint construction activities, the opinions and suggestions of community residents on community party committees and community construction are widely solicited, and various difficult issues including the work of women and children are learned. Faced with a situation where a minor ran away from home in a negative mood, Xu Xiaoxian helped parents actively connect with the public security to find and persuade the runaway child to return, and invited a psychology teacher to jointly resolve the family conflicts caused by adolescent rebellion and repair the rift between parents and children. She helped a child, saved a family, and won the hearts of thousands of community residents.
Improving the people's sense of gain, happiness and security is the starting point and foothold of community governance. Xu Xiaoxian conscientiously implemented the work requirements of the "Six Governance Project" led by party building, adhered to the principle of co-construction, co-governance and sharing, improved the efficiency of community governance, and relied on the brand of "Xiaoxian Mediation Room" to build the Fubeibeili community into a pilot project of "rule of law guarantee", and successively carried out co-construction activities with 8 units. The district procuratorate, the Youth League and district committees, the district women's federation, and the district judicial bureau have set up the Hedong District "Shuxian" juvenile care base in the community, to carry out work on the care and education of juveniles involved in cases and the care and protection of ordinary juvenile groups. In the six months since its establishment, the care base has helped teenagers defend their rights in 2 cases, helped juveniles in crime to correct 1 case, and carried out 13 youth activities, involving red propaganda, law popularization, anti-narcotics, anti-terrorism exercises, traditional culture, science and culture, manual skills and other aspects. The juvenile rights protection case has been publicized and reported by many municipal media.
Now, "finding Xiaoxian when there is something" has become a "reassurance" for the masses in the community. With years of grassroots work achievements, Xu Xiaoxian won the title of advanced individual in the national protection of women and children. As a caring person for the grassroots people, a leader of women and sisters, and a defender of residents' rights and interests, she will continue to work hard at the grassroots level and contribute to the grassroots governance led by party building.
