The economic census is a new era. The five-year economic census is coming as scheduled. In 2023, the mainland will carry out the fifth national economic census, which is a major survey of national conditions and national strength after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a "comprehensive physical examination" of economic and social development, and a decision-making basis for high-quality development in the next five years. In accordance with the unified deployment of the state, the fifth national economic census began in August. Take the pulse of the economy and feel the bottom of the family, and benefit from the results of the census. At present, the fifth national economic census has entered the key stage of census registration, in order to ensure the overall improvement of census registration progress and data quality, starting from March 21, Yuhua District has carried out a 15-day joint door-to-door guidance service focusing on the large market where small and micro enterprises are concentrated in the jurisdiction. The working group visited the census subjects in depth, took the initiative to monitor the census data process, and followed up and solved the problems existing in the census in a timely manner.
In view of the above characteristics, the District Economic and General Office has scientifically formulated a visit guidance plan, and strives to fully reflect the current situation of market economic development, so as to achieve all the problems. During the door-to-door guidance, the census staff of the district economic and general office and the certified public accountants of the accounting firm communicate face-to-face with the person in charge of the enterprise, understand the number of employees in the enterprise, the salary payable to employees, the value-added tax payable, the depreciation of fixed assets and other important indicators, and explain the corresponding census indicators in detail to ensure that there are no missing items in the census indicators and no errors in the data.

It has been learned that compared with previous economic censuses, the "Five Economic Censuses" are facing new situations, new requirements, and new challenges; the new economy is booming, the main body of the market has increased substantially, and the forms of operation are diverse. Since the start of the census work, the district economic and general education office has organized the two census personnel and the census subjects to conduct business training at different levels and in a targeted manner, and the joint door-to-door guidance has further consolidated the quality of the statistical data of the "Five Classics and Census", standardized the census work process, and improved the accuracy of the census data. "At the same time of door-to-door guidance, we will also collect and sort out the difficulties encountered, carry out discussions in a timely manner and form suggestions to solve problems, make a list of common problems and individual problems, and send them to the work group for everyone's reference in a timely manner, so as to avoid similar errors and effectively improve work efficiency and the authenticity of census data. In the next step, the District Economic and General Office will combine various methods such as inquiry and review, on-site verification, and data quality spot checks to compare and verify the reported data in a timely manner to ensure that the logical relationship between the economic indicators of the census registration form is accurate and reasonable, to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data from the source, and to ensure the high-quality completion of the fifth national economic census.
