Guidance on the development of strategic emerging industries has been issued, and 17 units have been rated as specialized and new "little giant" enterprises.

Focusing on the development of new quality productive forces, we will develop the aviation industry chain and build a modern aviation industry system. The first is to cultivate and expand emerging industries. Facing the main battlefield of the national economy, we will comprehensively promote the development of large aircraft, regional aircraft, general aircraft, helicopters and airborne industries. We will further implement the three major special projects of aviation industrialization, build a world-class helicopter enterprise, accelerate the development of the large aircraft industry, and build a modern airborne industry group. Actively develop emerging industries such as artificial intelligence and unmanned aerial vehicles, and compete for the development of low-altitude economy and other businesses. The second is to lay out and build future industries.
