The school recruitment office will put out the adjustment information of each department of the school→ the opening time of the candidate's application → will be closed, and the application channel will be closed ("off the shelf" adjustment information), →and the university recruitment office will distribute the candidate's information to the departments for review / or the school recruitment office and the teachers of the department will be screened in a centralized manner / or sent to the tutor for screening and screening (different schools have different arrangements for the adjustment work)/ or the department has an adjustment background to directly screen → determine the re-examination list→ send a re-examination notice to the candidates through the system→ the candidates accept the re-examination notice→ organize the re-examination → send the re-examination notice to the candidates who pass the re-examination→ the candidates accept the pending admission.
If the number of people who have passed the re-examination is insufficient or the number of final admissions is insufficient, the adjustment system will be opened for the second time. Therefore, when the school application portal has not been closed, it is impossible to send a retest notice to the candidates, which is a system regulation! Only after the school application portal is closed, the screening will begin, and the retest notice will be sent one after another.
Therefore, after filling in the adjustment, you should brush more every day to see if there is any news! Check the status of the volunteer and the re-examination notice of the enrollment unit in time; if you do not receive it, you must modify the volunteer in time.

Political Examination Form
The political examination form is the political examination of you by the colleges and universities, this form is very important, and every school requires it.
It's just that some schools need to submit it before the re-examination, and some schools submit it after the announcement of the proposed admission list. It is recommended that you go directly to the official website of the target to download, and do not pull the form privately.
About the stamping of the political examination form:
1) Fresh graduates, files are in school. After filling in the information, you can directly stamp it with the institution where you are studying for the undergraduate.
2) Former students, files at home. If you have an urban hukou, it is usually stamped by the neighborhood committee of the community where your hukou is located, and if you are a rural hukou, it is usually stamped by the village committee where your hukou is located.
3) Former students, files in the talent market. First of all, call the talent market where the file is located to confirm whether the market can be stamped, and whether the evaluation in the political examination form needs to be filled in by yourself.
4) On-the-job postgraduate examination, if the file is in the talent market, refer to the above article; if the file is in the work unit, fill in the information and seal it in the work unit.
Medical examination report
After the proposed admission, a physical examination report will be submitted, and some cases will not pass (such as infectious diseases), but a little data deviation of some items does not matter much, don't worry too much~
File transfer
Archives are also very important, and you must pay attention to them! Generally, after the school admits you, you need to provide your own files. There are different requirements for submission time, orientation and non-directionalization.

Regarding the transfer of archives:
1) Candidates who apply for the school. The file relationship can be handled directly in the school, and it is recommended to ask the faculty teacher.
2) Candidates applying for other institutions. The school that admitted you will issue you a transfer letter in May and July, and you will need to take the transfer letter to the place where the file is located. If you have an urban hukou, it is usually stamped by the neighborhood committee of the community where the hukou is located, and if you are a rural hukou, it is usually stamped by the village committee where the hukou is located.
3) Fresh graduates. According to the requirements written on the transfer letter, take the transfer letter to the relevant leadership of the college for signature, and then submit it to the school. After submitting the transfer letter, the school will arrange for the file to be sent. All you need to do is call the school you want to admit to confirm that your file has indeed arrived!
4) Former students. You need to go to the location of your file, find the relevant person to sign, and arrange for mailing.
If you need to transfer to a group or a party, you must be reminded that you must fill in the letterhead and the name of the transfer unit according to the letter of introduction given by the admissions unit (pay attention to the requirements of the official website of the institution).
Don't make a mistake! Generally, the undergraduate school or college will give a form for this kind of relationship transfer, and you can just follow the process. Again, if you don't understand, ask the counselor or class teacher.

Teachers and students choose each other~ Some schools will fill in the intended tutor before the re-examination, and some schools will choose each other after the admission, so students in need can learn about the information of the tutor of the department applying for the examination.
