Huang Ying, a native of Qu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, was a fresh high school student that year, enlisted in November 1980, served in the repair company of the 33rd Regiment of the Seventh Division of the former Railway Corps, and was reorganized in January 1984 and merged into the 3 repair shops of the 17th Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, and was the leader of the 3rd squad of the repair workshop, and was transferred to the rear base of the 7th Railway Division in March 1990.
The reason why he has feelings for Pingyao here is that the original 33rd Regiment of the Seventh Division of the Railway Corps was merged into the Ministry of Railways in 1984 and reorganized into the 3rd Engineering Division of the 17th Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. At that time, the three offices were located in Pingyao and stationed at No. 35 Shuguang Middle Street in Pingyao. In May 1990, the 3rd place was renamed China Railway 17th Bureau Group No. 3 Engineering Co., Ltd., and moved to Zhongshan West Road, Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province in 1998. At that time, Pingyao was simple and quiet. I used to live, study, and work in this ancient land, and every day my footsteps echo on the familiar path.
