In the end, "Seeking Grass Garden" from South China Normal University won the first prize of this year's SDG Challenge, "Whale Dream Island" from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts won the second prize, "Robotic Redemption" from the University of Science and Technology of China won the third prize, and 7 teams won the Excellence Award.

Before the start of the finals, Ye Guoying said in his speech that the SDG Challenge is an innovation and empowerment project for college students initiated by Sanqi Mutual Entertainment in 2022, aiming to gather talents and promote use through competition, and inspire young students to help solve social problems in the field of sustainable development and create sustainable social value through scientific and technological means. This year's competition focuses on popular social issues such as cultural inheritance and promotion, rural revitalization, rural aesthetic education, carbon neutrality, marine ecological conservation, and volunteer service, aiming to inject digital vitality and digital power into these topics through digital means.
This year's competition attracted 90 universities, 281 teams and 766 college students from 90 universities across the country, including Tsinghua University, Communication University of China, University of Science and Technology of China, Lanzhou University, Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, etc., and the number of participants reached a record high. After nearly half a year of fierce preliminary selection and careful empowerment and guidance from industry experts, 10 participating teams finally stood out and successfully advanced to the final defense.
At the finals, the top 10 work teams such as the public welfare video work "Mermaid Confessions", the animation works "Hot, Drink Herbal Tea!", "Robotic Redemption", the digital cultural and creative works "Life Blooms", "Let's Hand in Hand", "The Journey of Marine Conservators", "Four Colors and Five Flavors", and the technological innovation works "Whale Dream Island", "Grass Garden" and "Plastic Words" elaborated on the creative background and creative description of the works in an all-round way through videos, pictures, texts and other forms. The contestants and the judges engaged in knowledge exchange and academic exchanges, showcasing their insights on the empowerment of sustainable development by digital means.
It is worth mentioning that this year's competition also set up a special moss flower award sponsored by the Guangdong Yangtze River Public Welfare Foundation, aiming to encourage more college students to pay attention to the public welfare field of "rural aesthetic education". The digital literary works "My Love for Myself", "Let's Hand in Hand Together", "Homeboy", "Dream Keeper" and the technological innovation work "Whale Dream Island" fully demonstrated the great potential of digital means to promote rural aesthetic education "out of the circle", and won the Moss Flower Award.
