Traffic Control Notices
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the 2024 Qi County Pear Blossom Festival and Rural Cultural Market, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, temporary traffic control will be implemented on relevant roads during the event, and the specific matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Traffic control measures
From April 10th to April 18th, one-way traffic control measures were implemented on the roads around Lihuayuan in Yanman Village;
From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 10, the section of the 1,000-person hiking race in Lihuayuan, Yanman Village, will be fully closed;
From 7:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. on April 14, the bicycle race section of Lihuayuan in Yanman Village will be fully closed.
2. Traffic control roads
The one-way route is: Lihuayuan T-junction (turn left) along the → Lihuayuan Scenic Area along the → Yanman Village → Lihuayuan Scenic Area→ Upper Yancan Village→ Lower Yancan Village→ Qiren Line;
Thousands of people hiking on foot to the control section of the Youth Competition: Yanman Village Lihuayuan→ Sunjiahe Village→ Beijian'an Village→ Yuchi Village→ Yanman Village Lihuayuan;
Bicycle race sections: Pear Flower Garden of Yan Man Village→ Sunjiahe Village → Upper Yan Can Village→ Lower Yan Can Village→ Pusang Village→ Dasang Village→ Yan Man Village→ Yan Man Village Pear Flower Garden.
3. Management measures
During the event time, except for vehicles on duty, vehicles holding event passes and participants, other unrelated vehicles are prohibited from passing, crossing and parking, and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through.
During the traffic control period, villages, passing vehicles and personnel along the route should adjust the travel route and time in time, and obey the command of the on-site duty personnel. For illegal acts in violation of road traffic safety laws and regulations, the public security organs will take measures such as persuasion to leave, forced towing, etc., and punish the parties in accordance with the law, and obstruct law enforcement personnel from performing their duties in accordance with the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" to be administratively detained, causing casualties to participants or affecting the conduct of the event, constituting a crime, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
