Global planning, the big picture drives the new TOD center
At present, under the dual background of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta rising to a national strategic platform and the five new cities in Shanghai, the Songjiang District Planning and Resources Bureau has carried out overall planning and spatial guidance for the key areas of the "14th Five-Year Plan", and proposed a spatial planning strategy system of "10 key areas + X characteristic functional nodes". As the characteristic rail transit node with the largest concentration of residents on Line 9, the TOD development plan with Sijing Station as the core has gradually been clarified and improved.
On August 10, 2021, the "Land and Space Master Plan of Sijing Town, Songjiang District (2020-2035)" was approved, according to the overall plan, the urban development of Sijing Town includes five functional sectors: the characteristic plate of the ancient town, the comprehensive plate of rail transit, the intelligent innovation and innovation sector, the urban life sector and the high-end manufacturing sector (including some strategic reservations). The rail transit comprehensive plate is bounded by Dongjing Port in the east, Sibo Road in the north, Liuwu Highway in the west, and Sijing Tang in the south. With Sijing Station as the center, the public facilities and public space in the area will be supplemented, and the TOD development orientation will be strengthened, so as to form a regional-level mid-to-high-end comprehensive service core with commercial and large-scale public services as the main body, and the new living center of Sijing will put forward a new strategic guidance for the TOD development of Sijing Station.
From 2002 to 2023, the Songjiang District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau put forward higher requirements for the improvement of the functional formats of public service facilities around Sijing Station and the creation of dynamic space in view of the current development status around Sijing Station, combined with the relevant requirements of the overall plan and the needs of the regional comprehensive development plan of the 15-minute living circle around Sijing TOD, and built a larger pattern at a higher level. Carry out the research on the urban design scheme of Sijing Station, and comprehensively optimize the TOD three-dimensional transportation system, landscape ecological structure, and urban vitality interface.
In March 2023, the "Local Adjustment of the 01, 02, 09, 13, and 15 Neighborhoods of the Unit Regulatory Detailed Planning of SJS2-0005 (formerly SJSB-0003) in Sijing Town, Songjiang District" was approved in the TOD area of Sijing District. Combined with the "15-minute community life circle", the overall plan focuses on supplementing the allocation of various public resources such as sports, medical care, education, and public green space, improving the public service system, improving the energy level of facilities, and comprehensively improving the spatial quality of Sijing area.

The overall formation of the natural water system of Waipojing and Xiangzetang as the core of the cross corridor, through the net red pedestrian bridge to connect the "cross water corridor" of the community central park and waterfront green space two ecological cores, to create an ecological environment of water and green interweaving, slow traffic into a network.
#产业导入上, the original residential land was adjusted to commercial office land, and the industrial headquarters was introduced, and the land area was increased by about 16,000 square meters.
