In order to ensure national energy security, help achieve the national "dual carbon" goal, and accelerate the transformation of "oil, gas, thermoelectric and hydrogen" integrated energy companies, PetroChina Oil & Gas and New Energy Branch plans to carry out new energy-related technology collection oriented to meet the development needs of relevant new energy business for relevant enterprises, research institutions and universities and institutes. For eligible technologies, they will be included in the technical reserve according to the procedures to provide technical support for the high-quality and economic development of relevant new energy projects.
Background of the call
In response to the country's call to build a "Beautiful China" in an all-round way and accelerate the development of "new quality productivity", PetroChina has incorporated green and low-carbon into the company's development strategy system and vigorously developed new energy business. In the process of oil and gas exploration and development, we will actively promote the green substitution of clean electricity and heat, carry out the re-electrification of terminal energy, promote the upgrading and transformation of smart grids and the application of comprehensive energy management and control technologies, vigorously promote the integrated development of oil and gas and new energy, further increase the proportion of clean energy in total energy consumption, and reduce fossil energy consumption.
Call for content
This technology solicitation is guided by the technical needs of the current new energy business development, highlights the advancement and applicability of the technology, and focuses on the collection of advanced technologies that may have application prospects in the future and have leading properties for future industrial development.
This technical solicitation is divided into the following four categories:

Clean power and energy storage technologies. Taking the promotion of clean power substitution in oil and gas fields as the starting point, it includes small wind turbine technology that can be used in well sites, wind-solar integration technology, photovoltaic photothermal integration technology, photovoltaic intelligent cleaning technology, low-cost long-term high-power energy storage technology, etc.

Clean heat and storage technology. In order to promote the substitution of clean heat in oil and gas fields and the regional clean heating of the North Petroleum City, it includes various solar thermal technologies, heat pump technologies, electric heating technologies, high-efficiency heat exchange technologies, high-efficiency heat storage technologies, cross-seasonal long-cycle heat storage technologies, and integrated heat collection and heat storage technologies.

Green hydrogen industry chain technology. With the goal of developing a large new energy base and building a new industrial chain, it includes various hydrogen production, storage (transportation) technologies, green electricity to green hydrogen, ammonia production, green methanol industry chain technologies, etc.

Smart grid and integrated energy management and control technology. It aims to serve the integrated energy utilization of oil and gas fields and the integrated optimization control of wind, solar and hydrogen storage in new energy bases, including various mathematical models, optimization model construction, optimization algorithm solving, various optimization design software, and various comprehensive energy management and control technologies.
Submission requirements

How and when to declare
The solicitation of topics will be carried out in a paperless manner, and relevant enterprises, research institutions and universities are requested to submit the application materials before 24:00 on April 16, 2024 through WORD and PDF (scanned and stamped copy) in the name of "Technical Report Name - XXX Unit", and the cover of the materials will be stamped with the official seal of the reporting unit.
