In order to further improve the refinement level of dust pollution prevention and control of municipal public works in Laoshan District, promote effective and useful innovative measures for dust prevention and control. On the afternoon of April 7, the Laoshan District Urban Administration Bureau held an observation meeting on innovative measures for dust prevention and control of municipal public works in the district at the site of the Keyuan Jingqi Road Municipal Supporting Engineering Project, and the relevant leaders of the Laoshan Ecological Environment Branch attended the guidance, and more than 100 representatives of more than 40 municipal enterprises in the district participated in the observation.
At the meeting, two innovative measures for dust prevention and control were observed in the excavator on-board spray and mobile cutting dust collection room. Among them, the excavator on-board sprinkler equipment is composed of a water tank, a water pump and a spray system, the spray head is set near the excavator arm and the bucket, and the spray directly acts on the excavation face of the earth and stone to achieve accurate dust reduction. The equipment has the advantages of low cost, remote control, long-term continuous operation and fast water replenishment. The mobile cutting dust collection room is a closed house, equipped with integrated dust collection equipment, which can collect the dust generated in the process of road slab and stone cutting by means of air extraction, and carry out centralized collection after filtering by the filter element, the equipment can be powered by generators and external power supply methods, and can be flexibly moved according to the needs of on-site construction, and the operation room is equipped with a sound-absorbing panel to prevent noise pollution.
The meeting required all enterprises to combine their own reality, conscientiously study the relevant innovative measures, strengthen the investment in dust prevention and control measures, and promote the implementation of innovative measures for dust prevention and control within the time limit for municipal engineering projects with excavator operations and stone cutting and grinding operations at the construction site, and comprehensively strengthen the dust management of municipal projects.
In the next step, the Laoshan District Urban Administration Bureau will take this observation of innovative dust prevention and control measures as an opportunity to encourage enterprises to summarize excellent measures for dust prevention and control, promote advanced experience, and promote the scientific and technological and refined prevention and control of dust pollution from municipal public works in the whole region. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of dust control measures by all units, further consolidate the main responsibility of the construction unit, take multiple measures at the same time, and comprehensively improve the long-term supervision level of dust control of municipal projects in the region.
