I really didn't expect to use this number to write a cruise travel note one day! Later, I thought about it carefully, my fans are generally post-80s, and the background shows that 42% of fans are 26-35 years old, and 32% of fans are 36-45 years old. Cruise tourism is very suitable for family travel, which is also a rigid demand for the post-80s.
Generally speaking, cruise travel books are "running accounts", and many of my fans are new to cruise travel, so I will write in detail. The full text is divided into three parts: "How to buy at a low price?", "What to do on the boat?", and "How to play on the ship".
1. How to buy at a low price?
I took the MSC Glory sailing from April 2 to 6, which is the largest cruise ship in Asia, with a tonnage of 172,000 tons, which is about four times heavier than the Titanic, so the sea is smooth (almost no seasickness). The whole ship can seat up to 5686 people, my voyage covers a small long holiday, the full load rate reaches more than 95%, except for the high-priced yacht club suites are available, the rest of the cabins are sold out.
Cruise prices fluctuate with the purchase channel, the official channel is the most expensive, Fliggy Ctrip and other platforms make do, the cheapest is the travel agency's "cut price", they buy out the room type in bulk, the price fluctuates with the market sales, and the "tail unit price" will be released near the departure date, but most of them are the price of the inner cabin, which is not suitable for towing the family. I compared all the channels horizontally, and basically concluded that travel agency channels such as "Most Cruise" and "Breaking the Iron Shoes" are the cheapest, and they all have small programs to check prices.
Take my price as an example, the official website of the four-person balcony room starts at 5K, I am 3299 yuan / person (I bought it late, only 2899 in January), the basic consumption on board is free, and it belongs to the all-inclusive price. Only a few items such as some small restaurants and SPAs need to be paid separately. With the addition of a high-speed rail ticket to Shanghai of 337 yuan per person and a cruise tip of $16 per night (equivalent to RMB 464 for four nights), the cost of my single trip is 4,100 yuan.
Of course, the prices of different cruise ships and different cabins are different, at present, Royal Caribbean is the most expensive, the world's first, MSC is the world's third, there are more entertainment projects, and there is expensive capital. But its Ocean Spectrum won't return to Shanghai until April 27, and I can't wait.
If you don't want to take a boat with your friends or girlfriends, which boat is the cheapest? This is an old ship of about 80,000 tons, but the foundation is good, formerly known as the Princess Cruise's Bihai Princess, before you can often see more than 800 yuan / person bilge price. If it is a family tour, it is recommended to take the Aida Mediterranean, which was formerly known as the Costa Mediterranean, with a better foundation, and the balcony room is often more than 1,000 per capita. The most cost-effective voyage is 1099 yuan / person for a four-person balcony room on New Year's Day this year, my son's passport was not done well, but in the end this voyage was canceled due to the fog in Tianjin Port.
2. What to do on board?
Let's start with eating:
Cruise tourism is known as the "sea pig farm", the cafeteria and the three main restaurants are free, many people eat several meals a day, a trip down to gain three pounds, I am 84 kilograms fat to 87 kilograms, daughter-in-law said that I am fat into eight rings. As for the catering standard, the glory is open 20 hours a day, and it is crowded at 11 o'clock in the evening.
Cherry Main Dining Room on the 6th floor:
The main restaurant's hard dishes include smoked salmon, bone-in steak, bone-in lamb chops, half a small green dragon, saliva chicken, duck tongue and white meat, elbow meat, roast pigeon, mushroom soup, and prawns in various recipes (fried in oil, typhoon shelter, stir-fried, etc.), which can be ordered repeatedly if you like, and finally served with fruit and ice cream.
However, because MSC is an Italian ship, the restaurant waiters are almost all crooked nuts, at first the first voyage in March due to inconvenient communication caused many people to report that the food was served for half a day, and then I took this simple and rude trip, and those who know English only need to say which ones do not want to do it, and those who do not know English will go directly to the full.
15th Floor Cafeteria:
The cafeteria is on the 15th floor and it was convenient for me to stay on the 14th floor. Hard dishes include roast suckling pig, lobster tail and sea rainbow, etc., but roast suckling pig is an old actor, the boat of 5,000 people robbed these pigs, the monk has more porridge and less, either cut it and was robbed, or put the whole one I don't know when to cut, I just passed by and smelled it. Drinks include iced milk, hot coffee, orange juice, pineapple juice, grape juice and mixed juices, and the juice machine is sometimes covered, but milk coffee is available in the early hours of the morning.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is also very rich, pizza, buns, eggs, sausages, bacon, milk are standard, you can go to the cafeteria to pack it and take it to the room to eat, and the balcony room can also call the waiter for free to deliver food. Of course, it's best to go to the restaurant and eat by the window, where you can see the sea and the shore.
Let's talk about the activities on board:
There are many activities scheduled every day on the cruise, and you can check the official app or the paper daily newspaper. The Glory has 2 photo landmarks, an 80-meter-long LED canopy (Glory Street) and a spiral staircase inlaid with 50,000 Swarovski crystals. Every day, the boat will organize group activities on Glory Street, such as the Dance Forest Competition, and most of the participants are young people, and I also danced for half an hour.
If you don't have fun, you can go to the bar next door to continue dancing, and there is a KTV on the second floor of the bar, so everyone can sing casually. During the day, this bar also has all kinds of entertainment, such as the table tennis competition is so funny, the entertainment director personally goes into battle, takes a spoon PK the old man's pot, and the final prizes are hats, medals and backpacks.
There are three places to play in the water, the large pool on the deck, the water park on the deck and the indoor heated pool, but unfortunately my son has a cold and can't play, and I forgot to bring swimming trunks. There are also places to play in Lego Club, PS5 game room, bowling room, premium gym, basketball court, etc. As for the Du field, I won't write it, this will be open to the public after sailing into the high seas, and it will be crowded at night, at present, only the domestic Aida Modu and Aida Mediterranean do not have Du field, and international cruise ships have it.
The most satisfying is the LIVE show, you can watch one every day in the London theater on the 6th floor, there are Broadway musicals, acrobatic dances, Kobayashi Kohei magic tricks, etc., foreign singers in the middle also sang in Chinese Green Apple Paradise, the atmosphere is hot, and the mobile phone flash is swaying. Whether it is performance, singing skills or choreography, there is a curtain call performance on the last night, and all the entertainers and the head of the service department of the whole ship collectively appeared to say goodbye, which is a little touching.
3. How to play when disembarking?
According to yesterday's vote, less than 3 percent of people want to see how to play off the boat, and I put the last abbreviation. Cruise ships are visa-free to go abroad, as long as you have a passport, and the most frequently visited route is Japan and South Korea. This time, I went to Jeju Island in South Korea and then to Sasebo in Japan. Generally speaking, most channels "send" with group tours, will take to 1 shopping store, the advantage is that there is a free bus to go to a far away attractions, the disadvantage is that the drive to and from the shopping store and the time of detention will waste 2 hours, but it is not mandatory to shop, you can go out for a walk, and meet on time.
If you want to travel independently, you need to pay a departure fee, and this trip is 100 per person on Jeju Island and 200 per person in Sasebo. Since I wanted to go to a farther place, I didn't leave the group. Of course, there is little significance in the free travel on Jeju Island, and cruise ships of more than 100,000 tons dock at Seogwipo Pier, more than 40 kilometers away from the city, and there are no black cars. And the most worthwhile place to visit in Sasebo is Kujukushima, which is very expensive to take a taxi in Japan, and unless you charter a car in a group, you can't go on your own.
After docking, I first saw our first domestic large cruise ship Aida Modu, which is a 135,000-ton ship, I originally wanted to take the maiden voyage in January, but I didn't expect to see it here. Then use Huawei's standby machine (nova6) to activate the Tianji Pass function, 20 yuan a day in Japan and South Korea, 2GB traffic, and then release the hotspot for multiple people to share, and you can order it without a network. Not only is it more convenient than Xiaomi's "global Internet" function, but it is also cheaper (Xiaomi is 1GB/1 day/29.9 yuan).
Jeju Island is not big, dock at 2 o'clock, go out at 3 o'clock, go to Halla Arboretum at 4 o'clock, go to Lotte Duty Free Shop at 5 o'clock, this duty-free shop is serious, it is suitable to buy cosmetics, and many people who do purchasing buy goods from here. We spent more than an hour on the streets, and two large cruise ships poured in tens of thousands of people a day, all over the streets speaking Chinese.
Alipay can be used everywhere in Jeju Island, my son bought a lollipop, I bought two bottles of beer to take back to the cruise ship to drink, and I am afraid that I will not have enough time to eat Korean barbecue. The boat departs at 9 p.m., and the tourists have to go back 2 hours in advance, so we gather and leave at 6 o'clock. The reservation time for Jeju Island is too short, and I am not interested in it, so I want to go to Sasebo.
Sasebo is much more interesting, one of the two old beautiful chickens is in Naha in Okinawa, and the other is in Sasebo, which is simply a paradise for military fans. Once you enter the Sasebo Sea, you can pass by the warship from the balcony, and you can watch the "ship walk" ceremony while eating at the restaurant, which is quite interesting.
The wharf where the cruise ship docked is next to the chicken field, and it is all active ships that take pictures casually and no one cares, and there are many pictures that will not be released. The cruise ship docked at 9 o'clock, and it took 2 hours to get off the ship in Japan, and it took 11 o'clock to leave the customs, which is not as efficient as South Korea. In addition, the cruise departure time is 19 o'clock, and we have to come back at 17 o'clock, which is 6 hours.
Go to Ninety-Nine Islands first, this is an adjective, similar to our Qiandao Lake, in fact, there are not so many islands. But the weather was good, and the photos were very good. Then I took a car to the Kujukushima Pearl Ocean Tourist Area (I guess it was an aquarium), but my daughter-in-law queued up to buy the famous "Sasebo Burger" and delayed the time, and the clerk said that it would take 40 minutes to make it after 15 minutes, leaving a double regret (I didn't see the aquarium, and I didn't eat the Sasebo Burger).
Then I took a car to Omura Park, and said that it was built on the site of the old moat of Kushima Island, and I was lucky to see cherry blossoms. But to be honest, it's far less spectacular than the "Cherry Blossom Valley" in Fenghuanggou, a 4A scenic spot next to my hometown, which is too small in Japan, lacking in materials, with small cars, narrow roads, and small parks. However, I tasted the Japanese-style yakiniku at the entrance of the park, and the sweetness was average, but the ingredients were exquisite, and the meat was serious.
The last stop is JTC Omura Duty Free, which specializes in tour group business, and some of the prices are okay, such as the JBL W100 Bluetooth headset equivalent to 315 yuan. But there are some things that are very deep, and you need to compare the price of your mobile phone yourself. There will be no compulsory consumption in Japan to bring shopping, you don't buy a shopping guide or black face, you can also leave the store and continue to visit Omura Park, walk 900 meters, and come back on time.
At half past five in the evening, we returned to the pier, there is a Wuban Street next to it to stroll, we don't have enough time. I took a picture of the cascading clouds, which looked like earthquake clouds? (Taiwan earthquake the day before). Before the ship left the port, there was a violin farewell performance, which was full of rituals, and it was said that it was a random event, so I was lucky.
April 5 is the day of the sea cruise, which is to eat, drink and play Tesco on the boat, and the little ones can participate in various parent-child activities with their parents, or they can be put into the children's club for free until the evening. On the last day, there were a lot of activities such as the captain's meet-and-greet, the cocktail ball, and the fun was paralyzed anyway.
The cruise was relaxing, carefree and isolated, and the kids couldn't wait to get aboard the Spectrum of the Seas. Personally, I think that the cost of cruise travel is not high, like my average 4K per capita for five days and four nights, including food, accommodation and transportation. Now a hotel with a sea view is a few hundred times larger for a night, but the scenery is not as good as the sea view on the cruise. If you are tired of playing on land, you can change your taste, be kind to yourself and your family, and answer any questions you ask if you miss them.
