On April 3, with the pouring of the first car of concrete, the first 40-meter prestressed box girder of the 1# prestressed box girder of the Suizhou-Xinyang Expressway 3rd Bid Section Project Department (hereinafter referred to as the "3rd Bid Section of Suixin Expressway") invested and constructed by China Energy Gezhouba Group officially began to be prefabricated.
After more than 3 hours of intense and orderly construction by the construction personnel, the pouring of the first 40m box girder was successfully completed.
It is understood that the first 40m box girder poured this time is the middle span of the first hole in the left of the main line bridge Hanjiawan Bridge in the Caihe interchange range, the first 40m prestressed box girder weighs about 155.3 tons, the concrete design strength grade is C50, the design amount is 55.8m3, and the prefabricated box girder steel bar is formed by tire frame binding and hoisting in place.
The construction of the Hanjiawan Bridge will begin in late April.
The successful pouring of the first prefabricated box girder provided valuable experience for the next step of construction and laid a solid foundation for ensuring the smooth construction of the subsequent bridge.
It is reported that as a key construction project in Hubei Province, the Suixin Expressway project has entered its second year of construction and is in the stage of comprehensive construction.
At present, the whole line base has been basically formed, the bridge construction has been transferred to the superstructure construction, the double hole of the Pingjingguan tunnel has been completed by 60%, and the whole line of control works is expected to be completed in August.
The second phase of the construction is mainly road construction, and the third phase of the construction is the follow-up traffic security, greening, mechanical and electrical, housing construction and other construction.
After the construction of roadbed, bridges and tunnels is completed, the follow-up construction will enter the "fast lane".
Suixin Expressway is a key project of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for comprehensive transportation development in Hubei Province, and after the completion of the project, it will further enhance Suizhou's transportation location advantages, improve the Hubei Expressway network, strengthen the transportation connection between Hubei and Henan, and consolidate the transportation support for the integrated and high-quality development of urban agglomerations.
