One of the very good movies in the series. Charlie is about to retire in this episode, and after the farewell party, the girls in the organization he has trained start a new mission. The mission focused on preventing a tech company from selling energy devices that could be turned into killing weapons to terrorists on the black market. The girls' series of plans repeatedly hit a wall at critical moments, even when they rescued the chief scientist of the energy company and used it for themselves.
