Except for Binhai, Jiaodong, and Luzhong, where there were also blocks, all other districts were divided by the enemy into small and small "dried tofu" guerrilla areas.

Originally, according to its geographical location, Shandong divided the Shandong Military Region into several military regions, including the Lunan Military Region, the Luzhong Military Region, the Binhai Military Region, the Jiaodong Military Region, and the Qinghe Independent Army Subregion.
Among them, the commander of the Jiaodong Military Region is the famous "Shaolin General" Xu Shiyou, and the political commissar is Lin Hao.

After the outbreak of the "77" incident, Qiao Tianhua began to cooperate in the war of resistance, and Qiao Tianhua regained his freedom and was released to go home.
On the second day after returning home, he formed the Pingdu Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Force with Fa Xiaoluo Zhufeng, Liu Bingzhang and others, and held high the banner of anti-Japanese resistance.
Qiao Tianhua is a bold person, chivalrous and righteous, and has a high prestige in Pingdu, known as Pingdu Hu Baoyi (Song Jiang).
Therefore, he has a lot of appeal in his hometown, and many hot-blooded men join his team.
In the three years after November 1938, he presided over the formation of a total of 7 anti-Japanese armed forces, with a total of more than 3,000 people, and made great contributions to the growth of the main force in Jiaodong.
Qiao Tianhua is fair-skinned, has been a teacher, talks fluently, and behaves elegantly.

It is said that after discovering the arrival of the enemy, Qiao Tianhua arranged the 1st battalion to cover, and he took the 2nd battalion, the 3rd battalion and the special battalion to break through to the west.
At that time, the troops who came to raid the enemy came from several counties, including Japanese troops and puppet troops, and they did not have a "friend or foe identification system".
The 1st Battalion took the initiative to attack the enemy and disrupted the opponent's position at once. Although the 1st Battalion sacrificed more than a dozen fighters, it made the enemy dizzy, successfully held back the Japanese troops, and kept up with the main force of the Independent Regiment.

But before the words fell, dust suddenly rolled up not far from the south, and then there was a hurried sound of horses' hooves, from far and near.

Qiao Tianhua asked the soldiers to throw away the porridge, and then carried the dry food in his arms and gathered in the north of the village.
