According to the person in charge of the project, the architectural scheme is designed by the internationally renowned Zaha team, consisting of two super high-rise twin towers and the middle corridor connection, the shape is like a pair of lovers dancing, the middle steel structure corridor and the upper support, the lower hanging and the skirt of the podium are all designed with the integration of the curtain wall structure, and the terraced design on the east side of the project podium has a unique shape, step-by-step design and the central green axis are perfectly integrated.
"The hyperbolic shape has high requirements for spatial positioning accuracy control and construction deformation control, and it is planned to put into use 13 intelligent robots to participate in the construction during the construction process to help improve the quality of the project and create a model of intelligent construction and construction. The reporter learned that since the entry, the project team has guided the deepening of the design, scheme simulation, and on-site acceptance through the application of full-professional BIM technology, so as to achieve consistent drawings and models to the end. In the construction process, smart safety helmets and intelligent safety voice playback systems are applied to improve the intrinsic safety control level of the project, a coding system is established for steel structure components, and the whole process is tracked by the Internet of Things to achieve data traceability. At the same time, welding robots are used to assist construction, which improves the construction efficiency by nearly 40%. In the future, it will successively invest in rust removal robots, welding robots, and measurement robots for rust removal, welding and measurement.
