On the morning of April 7, Fan Defan, secretary of the district party committee, presided over the work promotion meeting of the Luohu District centralized contiguous regional planning and construction project to study and promote the relevant work. District Mayor Zuo Jinping, district leaders Xia Dong, Lai Jianhua, Zhan Hui, Huo Guangyong, and Liu Chuwen attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the participants watched the promotional video of Honggang International Innovation Plaza in Qingshuihe Headquarters New Town, B1 Plot of Transit Land, Sungang Kequan and the north area of Dawang Wutong, and listened to the overall work progress of the concentrated area, the structure of the work class, and the report on the investment promotion plan.

It is divided into three phases, with the first phase of 4 plots (2.3 hectares) being transferred, the second phase of the total land area of about 6.7 hectares, and the third phase of Yulong area with a total area of about 30 hectares.

◇Adjacent to Luohu Port and Shenzhen Railway Station, the B1 plot of transit land covers an area of about 10 hectares, and the current status is pure land, which will be guided by Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation and build a Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation demonstration park with life and health, cross-border finance and international trade as the industrial direction.
