The recruitment event was crowded, and 114 local enterprises in Karamay actively recruited talents, providing 3,512 positions covering petroleum engineering, electrical machinery, finance and commerce, hotel and tourism, construction, chemical industry and other fields, attracting more than 2,000 students from the whole college to participate.

Employers also enthusiastically introduce the corporate culture, job requirements, salary and development prospects to students, and actively look for suitable talents.
The students present said that this recruitment activity made them have a clearer understanding of the employment needs and development trends of the job market, clarified their career plans and goals, and strengthened their determination to improve themselves.
"In this recruitment activity, I reached an employment intention with Xinjiang Keli New Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is the company I have been longing for for a long time. Thanks to the college for building a platform for us to communicate face-to-face with enterprises and show our abilities. At the end of the two-day recruitment event, more than 900 graduates reached employment intentions with recruiting companies.
