At the beginning of this year, during the Fourth Session of the 11th CPPCC Yuncheng District, an initiative was issued to all CPPCC members: if you have money to contribute, you can make a strong contribution to jointly build a "concentric forest" for CPPCC members in the rural revitalization demonstration belt of Yuncheng District, and make CPPCC members' contributions to the ecological construction of Lumei Yuncheng.
After the meeting, the CPPCC district acted quickly, and the leading group took the lead in donating funds, and the majority of CPPCC members voluntarily donated 1,000 yuan, I donated 3,000, you donated 5,000, and I donated 10,000 yuan, which quickly set off an upsurge of donations. In just one week, the CPPCC District received donations of more than 380,000 yuan from members.

"Tongxin Forest can't be 'alone', it is necessary to integrate the advantages of surrounding cultural and tourism resources, string the dots into a line, and maintain that you can enjoy different flowers and experience different scenery all year round. At the beginning of the construction of the garden, the Standing Committee of the District CPPCC proposed to build the concentric forest into a popular check-in point for tourism enthusiasts.
After many investigations and collective discussions, the CPPCC members finally selected the site of "Tongxin Forest" in Beicun, which is located by the Chaoyang Aqueduct in Nansheng Town, which is an important node of the "Township of Southern Medicine, Green Health Care" Rural Revitalization Demonstration Belt in Yuncheng District.
According to the plan, the CPPCC members' "concentric forest" covers an area of about 7.4 acres, and according to the topography and climatic characteristics, it is mainly planted with seasonal flowers and trees such as peach blossoms, isokapok, cherry blossoms, golden-flowered bellwood, purple bellwood, crape myrtle, Yutang spring and iron holly.
After the plan, in order to ensure the implementation of the construction of the "concentric forest" of the district CPPCC members, the district CPPCC has successively held a meeting of the CPPCC party group, an enlarged meeting of the chairman and a meeting of the CPPCC Standing Committee, and set up a leading group for the construction of the "concentric forest" with the main person in charge as members, which consists of four working groups, including planning and construction, text writing, editing and publicity, project implementation and financial supervision.

On March 12, on the occasion of the 46th National Arbor Day, the District CPPCC organized all members of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC, some CPPCC members and all cadres and workers of the organs to carry out tree planting activities in the "Tongxin Forest". On March 15, the CPPCC District organized CPPCC members from all walks of life to plant trees in the "Concentric Forest".
According to statistics, after a week of joint efforts, the CPPCC members "Tongxin Forest" planted nearly 400 seasonal flowers and trees such as isokapok, yellow-flowered bellwood, purple bellwood, and iron holly, and built 2 greenways with a total of 421 meters.
