3. Real estate pension scams
Anti-fraud tips:
"Criminals carry out false propaganda and trick the elderly into buying in the name of "elderly communities", "elderly apartments", "pension bases" and "pension villas", etc., and also deceive the elderly into mortgaging their houses under the banner of "housing for the elderly".
4. "Investment Rebate" Scam
Anti-fraud tips:
Criminals set up asset management companies, organized sales teams, and took advantage of the "aftermath" that the elderly were concerned about to repackage the "cemetery investment" and "underground palace acupoints" that had been stopped by the government into financial products that could be invested in rebates, and illegally absorbed funds in disguise with the temptation of repayment of principal and interest and high annualized returns.
