Therefore, the memorial site of the China Industrial Cooperation Movement aims to commemorate the glorious history of the older generation of internationalist fighters represented by Louis Alley, who carried out the labor cooperation movement in Feng County from 1939 to 1945 and founded the Peili School.
It is understood that the China Industrial Cooperation Movement Memorial Site is designed as a frame structure, simple European style, with a total construction area of 2,419 square meters, divided into two parts: the main exhibition hall and the outdoor exhibition area, the main exhibition hall is divided into one underground floor and three floors above ground, with an exhibition area of about 940 square meters; The first floor mainly displays the historical context of the ICCCI; The second floor mainly reproduces the Gung Ho workshop at that time through the restoration of the scene; The third floor is mainly an interactive experience area and a tail hall, showing the care and guidance of previous party and state leaders to the organization. The outdoor exhibition area is the former residence of Louis Alley and George Hocker, and the mechanical exhibition area, and the indoor and outdoor parts are connected by the landscape bridge on the third floor of the memorial hall, which has become a seamless memorial site for the Gung Ho spirit, a red tourist destination and a leisure place for urban residents.
On August 5, 2018, the commemorative site of the China Industrial Cooperation Movement was officially opened to the public free of charge, and has now become an important position for party members and cadres to carry forward the spirit of the union, inherit the red gene, and temper the party spirit.
