Last Friday, Heesen's newest 60-metre superyacht, Ultra G, left the Netherlands. Heesen Yachts has released a statement confirming that the fully custom superyacht has been sold and delivered to the new owner on March 29, 2024.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

It is reported that the sales and delivery process of the "Ultra G" is closely coordinated with the Dutch authorities, ensuring the smooth running of the entire process. The yacht is currently moored near Guernsey, Channel Island.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The exterior design of the Ultra G was designed by Omega Architects, while the interior was designed by Harrison Eidsgaard. Entertainment is at the heart of the yacht, with a custom-made wine fridge in the main salon and a large media room equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. A spacious games table is placed forward on the main deck, while a terrace with a swimming pool is aft of the boat, providing guests with the perfect place to relax.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The lower deck of the yacht has four comfortable staterooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The bridge deck is reserved for the owner, with a spacious master suite that opens onto a private terrace with Jacuzzi and relaxation area, allowing the owner to relax while enjoying the sea breeze.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

To meet the unique needs of the owner, the Ultra G has been specially designed with a conversation area and an outdoor dining area on the aft terrace on the main deck. This terrace features sliding doors that cleverly integrate the interior and exterior areas, allowing guests to enjoy a meal while enjoying a stunning view of the sea.

In addition, the Ultra G has a number of impressive state-of-the-art facilities. The most striking of these are a modern cinema and a wellness area. The wellness area features a sauna, an igloo and a steam room, providing guests with the perfect place to relax and unwind.

It is worth mentioning that the yacht is equipped with an innovative new rescue buoy that allows it to cruise to the side of the person who has fallen into the water, instead of floating on the surface like a traditional lifebuoy. Self-propelled U-buoys designed by U Safe can be flexibly steered by remote control to cover waters up to 1,640 feet. The crew can command the buoy quickly and efficiently, which means that those in need do not have to struggle in difficult conditions.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The owner is full of praise for this: "U Safe gives us unprecedented responsiveness and allows us to deliver remote-controlled 'lifebuoys' directly to those who need them. For this extra security, I am willing to bear the additional cost of integrating it into the MOB system. "In harsh weather or reef-ridden areas, the buoy is invaluable and prevents rescuers and boats from entering dangerous areas. ”

The U Safe team worked hand in hand with engineers at a Dutch shipyard to develop the stealth placement system. It is cleverly concealed behind the starboard hatch of the yacht "Ultra G" and blends perfectly with the tan hull. Bob van Zundert, captain of the shipyard, said: "From the outside, you can hardly detect its presence, only the outline of the hatch. We are looking for the ultimate simplicity and elegance of the yacht's exterior and do not want any extra lines or edges. ”

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The design team also developed a new deployment mechanism that deploys the device once the hatch is fully opened. In addition, the hatch is equipped with a smart charging system that ensures that the buoy and remote control remain fully charged. When not in use, the electronics switch to standby mode to minimize the mother ship's energy consumption.

High-tech rescue equipment is certainly a good fit for the Ultra G, a custom yacht described by the shipyard as a "sport fishing yacht disguised as a yacht", which not only inherits the essence of Heesen's sport fishing yacht launched in the 90s of the 20th century, but also incorporates the shipyard's 40 years of innovation, combining luxury and practicality. The boat's combat chairs and storage space for 40 fishing rods make it possible for every owner who loves sea fishing to enjoy their passion.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The hull is built with lightweight aluminium, which is light and strong. In addition to the fast-displacement hull design, which is smoother than the traditional semi-displacement version, the yacht is equipped with four MTU 20V 4000 engines with a total power of 22,000 hp and can drive four Kongsberg S90 jet drives. With a powerful cruising speed of 33 knots and an impressive top speed of 37 knots, it's no wonder owners want top-of-the-line safety systems for adventurous fast-paced journeys.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

Jet thrusters reduce the yacht's draft to less than 3 meters and help reduce vibrations. At the same time, the yacht is equipped with heading fins, gyro stabilizers, and spoilers, guaranteeing a smoother onboard experience. The engines also comply with IMO Tier III regulations to ensure that both navigation safety and environmental protection are emphasized.

"I'm not afraid," he said.

The custom design continues to add a number of pet-friendly features, including an auto-flush feature space on the side deck with sensors, cameras, sprinklers, and artificial turf.

The "Ultra G" is expected to be accompanied by a custom-built annex by Vanquish based on a design by Guido de Groot, which "mirrors the elegance and power of the mother ship to the last stroke". When the boat was put into service, it was equipped with dog friendly features, including a welcoming "pet lounge area" that provided unparalleled comfort for everyone on the voyage, including our four-legged friends.
