Qingming Festival safe and civilized sacrifice sweeping proposal

Spring returns to Huaiyin, and it is close to Qingming. In this season of chasing the distance and remembering the deceased, in order to carry forward the cultural tradition of filial piety, advocate the change of funeral customs, and realize green, civilized and safe sacrifices, we issue an initiative to all citizens:
First, the way home is long, safety first. During the Qingming Festival, it is the peak of the flow of people and vehicles, please reasonably arrange the time and route of the sacrifice, travel off-peak, consciously abide by the regulations on forest fire prevention, public security management, traffic safety, etc., consciously obey the arrangements of the on-site staff of the cemetery and columbarium, abide by public order, do not carry fire and flammable and explosive materials into the cemetery, do not use open flames in the wild, and ensure their own safety and public safety.
Second, the sacrifice sweep is civilized, low-carbon and environmentally friendly. Consciously resist feudal superstitious sacrificial supplies, and adopt green and low-carbon methods such as "flowers instead of paper money", "ribbons to send mourning", online sacrifices, tree planting memorials, outing for remote sacrifices, and family memorials. Do not burn paper money, set off firecrackers in city streets, squares, green spaces, residential areas and other places, do not use plastic sacrificial products, care for the natural environment, and return traditional festivals to cleanliness and purity.
3. Filial piety is the most important thing at the moment. Thick sacrifices are not as good as filial piety. Advocate the elderly to accompany and fulfill filial piety when they are alive, so that the elderly can be supported and happy, and inherit the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. After the death of the elderly, they are frugal and mourning, not too lavish and wasteful, and advocate the choice of tree burial, flower burial, lawn burial, scattering of ashes, storage of columbarium and other land-saving ecological methods, so as to retain valuable land and bless future generations.
Fourth, party members set an example, and the new wind is advocated. The majority of party members and cadres should lead by example, take the lead in setting an example, be a demonstrator of civilized sacrifices, pioneers of eliminating bad habits, promoters of changing customs, and maintainers of safety and order, drive the masses to consciously participate in civilized sacrifices, promote funeral reform, and help rural revitalization and social civilization progress.

Let us work together to protect the beautiful environment, inherit the beautiful character, cultivate the new style of civilization, and accelerate the construction of the "Chinese Filial Piety Culture City". Make Qingming more fresh and civilized!
