Dressed in a heroic military uniform and an impassioned melody, a few days ago, a special concert of the "Spring Song" symphonic chorus was staged at the Jiaxing Road Street Citizen Station.
The opening performance "The People's Navy Moves Forward" lit up the stage, and the chorus "Four Crossings of the Red Water", "Our Life is Full of Sunshine", "Building the Chinese Dream Together" and other tracks were staged one by one, and more than 100 people from 8 teams including the waist drum troupe, wind orchestra and choir from the community sang, sometimes magnificent and loud, sometimes gentle and emotional, and the staggered singing produced an infectious reverberation effect. With a common love for choral art and a yearning for a better life, the members of the troupe are determined to become messengers of music culture.
The concert was divided into two units: "Echo of the Revolution" and "Ode to the Times", and was broadcast live through the WeChat video account of "Jiayou Station". From the perspective of different cultures, it uses symphonic language to express the Chinese story of the rapid development of reform and opening up, and presents the spirit of the times and the unique charm of national music.
In recent years, many talents and excellent works have emerged on the community platform, allowing more citizens to share the spring of art.
