As for the situation of the Ukrainian army on the front line, whether it is attacking the Russian mainland and being beaten all over the ground, or being bombed and retreating again and again on the fortified positions, everyone can see this. Obviously, the life of the Ukrainian army on the front line is not easy.
It is even said that in some key areas, it is difficult for these Ukrainian officers and soldiers to have the opportunity to eat a meal and sleep well.
It is likely that before the meal was finished, the Russian artillery shells were smashed over, and before I woke up, the Russian bombs bombed everything.
However, in this context, there are some Ukrainian soldiers in the rear who completely ignore the survival of the country and the suffering of the front-line soldiers, and live a life of drunkenness, arrogance and lasciviousness.
The stark contrast between the two scenes of the front line being tight and the rear being tight is embarrassing.
Some of them, taking advantage of their conscription powers, to take bribes, work with medical authorities to forge certificates of unfitness for military service, and even border officials to assist young men in leaving the country at prices ranging from thousands of dollars to $10,000 per strong soldier.
For example, Borisov, the head of the Odessa conscription committee, used his authority to reap a lot of benefits, and bought a mansion in Spain alone worth 4.5 million euros.
After the East Window incident, Zelensky expressed "anger" and even dismissed the heads of all the conscription departments at that time in a fit of rage, but after the replacement, similar incidents still cannot be eliminated, and the newly appointed conscription officers are still inevitably operating various operations.
This has led to the fact that a large number of young and middle-aged people who are suitable for military service do not need to serve, and only poor people who have no money and no way to serve have become the targets of "conscription"; and this group can no longer meet the demand for conscription in the Ukrainian army after several sieves, so there is a situation of forcibly recruiting the old, weak, sick, and even disabled, which has had a very adverse impact on the combat effectiveness of the Ukrainian army and social stability.
Some people also take advantage of their procurement authority to use their hands on military aid materials and weapons and equipment, and wantonly embezzle profits.
For example, a senior official of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, who has been operating since the end of 2022, operated $40 million into the account of a foreign intermediary company by signing different contracts in the process of purchasing artillery shells, while two other officials of the Ministry of Defense took millions of dollars on the procurement of body armor projects.
These are just the tip of the iceberg that has been revealed, and even the direct factors that the former Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov was forced to resign and leave.
So in the two years since the war began, how many resources have been gnawed away by these moths of the Ukrainian army that should have been used on the front line?
What is the reason for fighting life and death on the front line, but they are eating and drinking spicy food in the rear?
And recently, the officers of the Ukrainian rear have a new "way to play".

In this case, the officers of the Ukrainian army are engaged in these things, which can be described as a scandal both internally and externally.
What does this make the soldiers on the front line think, and what does the international community think?
Everyone can't help but ask, the Russian-Ukrainian war is so fierce, you, a Ukrainian military official, don't go to war and play "hot kisses" with female subordinates, where do you have such a big heart?

Indeed, Rivne Oblast (with an area of more than 20,000 square kilometers and a population of about 1.15 million people, is one of the regions with the shallowest relations between Ukraine and Russia), it is too far from the front line of the Russian-Ukrainian front, and the nearest theater of operations is more than 600 kilometers away from it;
The 53rd Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Army was established in Rivne Oblast, but this brigade has not been withdrawn from the front line since the start of the war, and the rear only needs to send strong men up, and now it is still fighting fiercely in Avadiivka.
And the military work of the Rivne region in peacetime, in addition to sending Zhuangding up, is to organize the local 104th Territorial Defense Brigade, which is responsible for the task of guarding and garrisoning in the direction of Belarus.
You say it's not a military mission, it's true, but if you want to say how dangerous it is, you can't really talk about it.
Because the cluster of Russian troops stationed in Belarus was originally just a bluff, and the strength of the Belarusian army alone could not pose much military threat to Ukraine, let alone the Belarusian army suddenly moved south to attack northern Ukraine, and it was also a place like Rivne Oblast.
Therefore, the 104th Territorial Brigade is actually one of the safest units of the Ukrainian army, and the military officers of the state are also the group of officers who have the least to worry about "military".
It is precisely because of this that the soldiers in the 104th Territorial Brigade are not only from the Oblast, but also from Kiev; after all, if they are conscripted, there is a high chance that those who are captured in Kiev will go to the front; but if they arrive at the 104th Brigade, everyone will live their daily lives.
In this context, as the chief military commissar of the Rivne region, Oleksandr Yarmoshevich, naturally there is no need to think too much about the front-line war, since there is no need to get along with the Russian army, in addition to making some oil and water in the recruitment work, he has a relationship with his female subordinates.
The reason why the outside world can see the relevant video now must be that some people within the Ukrainian army are dissatisfied, and now the attitude of the Ukrainian military is "strict investigation".
But is Yarmoshevich an example? Coupled with those moths in the conscription and procurement links, if the Russian army broadcasts these on loudspeakers every day to the Ukrainian troops on the front line, can the morale still be high?
Therefore, the current problem facing the Ukrainian army is not only the shortage of troops and the lack of foreign aid, but also these moth-eaten scum within it, which is a major obstacle. If this garbage is not removed, the impact on the combat effectiveness of the Ukrainian army will be even more deadly.
