Introduction to the scenic spot
Yunmeng Mountain Scenic Area is located 15 kilometers west of the ancient capital Chaoge (now Qi County, Henan), with a tour area of 26 square kilometers. During the Warring States Period, the originator of a generation of Zongheng family, Guiguzi Wang Chan, lived in seclusion here to teach apprentices, created a preface and cultivated a large number of military strategists, diplomats and strategists such as Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Su Qin, Zhang Yi, Mao Sui, Wei Yi, etc., which not only wrote a strong stroke in the history of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, but also gave Yunmengshan the core and soul of Guigu culture, so it was crowned with the reputation of "Ancient Chinese Military Academy".
Yunmeng Mountain is located at the junction of Taihang Mountains and North China Plain, divided into three major sections of the ancient Chinese military academy, Yunmeng prairie and Guigu Qingxi, and there are more than 100 scenic spots such as the military altar, Yingrui Gate, the ruins of the ancient military academy, the water curtain cave, the Shangsheng Temple, the head of the Nine Dragons, the South Tianmen, the Bagua City, the aerial grassland, the Tiankeng karst cave, etc., the ancient buildings in the scenic area stand together, the wind and bones are unique, the canyon is winding, quiet and deep, the cliffs are steep, the posture is thousands, the grassland on the top of the mountain, the scenery is infinite, the caves are numerous, each has its own style. It is also because of the beautiful scenery that Yunmeng Mountain is also known as the "Qingyan Wonderland", and has successively won more than 20 provincial or above awards, such as the National AAAA Scenic Spot, the National Key Cultural Protection Unit, the National Forest Park, the Chinese Guiguzi Cultural Holy Land, the Civilized Scenic Tourism Area of Henan Province, and the Henan Research and Tourism Demonstration Base.
Since the Hebi Cultural Tourism Conference was held in August 2020, Yunmeng Mountain Scenic Area has quickly implemented the spirit of the meeting, efficiently promoted the creation of 5A, made every effort to build a chain of tourism elements, and vigorously improved the tourism industry, which greatly met the various tourism needs of tourists for leisure and vacation, tourism, cultural research, water and summer vacation, exploration and hunting, and prayer and wishing.
