In the past few days, more than 500 builders have been busy pouring concrete, waterproofing the roof of the basement, erecting formwork, and pre-embedding of water and electricity.
According to the relevant person in charge of Tianjin Jinzhong Urban Construction and Development Co., Ltd., the residential construction project of the No. 8 plot of urban renewal currently under construction, covering an area of 113,000 square meters, workers are working overtime, day and night, and it is expected to be completed and accepted by the end of August 2025 and delivered in October.
After the completion of the residential construction project on plot 8, it will effectively improve the living environment, surrounding road facilities and green landscape, and comprehensively improve the quality of life of urban blocks and residents.
The urban renewal project on the south side of Jinzhonghe Street extends to Kunlun Road in the east, Beitang Drainage River in the south, Jinzhonghe Street in the west, and Outer Ring East Road in the north, covering a total area of about 3.54 square kilometers, spanning the two districts of Hebei and Dongli. The project will build three major sections of "Times Renewal Block, Healthy Industrial Park, and Better Life Residential Area" as a whole, and build a livable, business-friendly, green and low-carbon urban open space with the linkage layout of "one axis, one ring, three belts and ten nodes".
