At this time, Han continued to collect and provide confidential documents in order to obtain high remuneration even though he knew that the other party was a member of a foreign espionage and intelligence agency, and successively provided 19 documents and materials to the other party, including 6 confidential and 8 secret, and 5 materials that were identified as intelligence, and collected a total of more than 120,000 yuan in espionage funds. In March 2019, Han was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison, deprived of political rights for 4 years, and confiscated 50,000 yuan of personal property for espionage.
