In order to further strengthen inter-school cooperation, build a platform for teachers to interact and communicate, discuss and learn, deepen classroom teaching, focus on large units, and implement core literacy, on March 26, Xuecheng District Kuangjian Road Primary School, together with Daluxiang Primary School, Southwest Associated School, Yanhu Primary School, Chapeng Primary School, Xiaoying Primary School, and Liuludian Primary School, carried out a large-unit teaching seminar on English subject.
In the activity, I listened to the lesson examples of the two teachers, and the teachers closely focused on the teaching objectives, focused on the improvement of teaching quality, and were committed to building an efficient classroom with the consistency of "teaching evaluation", creating a relaxed and lively classroom atmosphere, and the students were full of interest in learning and wonderful. After listening to the class, the teacher talked about the design ideas and teaching reflections of this lesson. Subsequently, the teachers of the community schools who participated in the class had a discussion, and they unanimously expressed that they should share excellent resources, broaden students' horizons, improve the quality of teaching, and hold a variety of English activities, such as the class English cultural festival, class English cultural environment design, English speech contest, English textbook drama contest and other activities, so as to promote a stronger English cultural atmosphere in the class, further stimulate students' interest in learning, and promote and improve students' English listening and speaking skills.
The development of this joint research community activity not only promotes the improvement of teachers' professional level, but also provides a platform for exchanges between schools, gives full play to the radiation role of outstanding teachers in various schools, transmits educational methods, exchanges educational achievements, continuously innovates methods and improves measures in practice, strives to tap collective wisdom, promotes the sharing of educational resources, and achieves the purpose of common improvement.
